What should I expect in my first class?
Build a strong core! Our exclusive signature core class enables you to lift heavier and perform better by using your own body weight and various small pieces of functional equipment – all working toward that goal of strengthening your mid section.
What should I wear? Do I need a uniform?
Comfortable workout attire is recommended. No specific uniform is required. Just be ready to move and sweat!
Are there mat rules I need to know?
Please wipe down your mat after use. We provide cleaning supplies for your convenience. Respect other members and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Are classes based on weight and size?
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, regardless of weight or size. We focus on personal progress and functional strength.
How often should I train per week?
We recommend 3-4 training sessions per week for optimal results. This allows for proper recovery while maintaining consistent progress toward your fitness goals.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?
Yes! Our certified trainers provide comprehensive nutrition guidance tailored to your fitness goals. We offer meal planning, macro tracking, and ongoing nutritional support.

We offer Fitness & Performance, Weight Loss, Nutrition Strategies, and Balance Body Mind programs. Each program is designed by certified trainers to meet specific fitness goals.
Can I switch between programs?
Absolutely! You can switch programs at any time based on your evolving fitness goals. Our trainers will help you transition smoothly between programs.
How long are the workout sessions?
Our standard sessions are 45-60 minutes long. We also offer 30-minute express sessions and 90-minute intensive sessions depending on your schedule and goals.
